London:
Pop star Christina Aguilera has accepted her much speculated relationship with Matt Rutler saying she was happy and having fun for the first time "in a really long time".
The singer had been linked to Rutler, a set assistant from the film "Burlesque", soon after she filed for divorce from then husband Jordan Bratman in October.
"Once I filed for divorce, we started dating. Matthew is a special person. He's the kind of person you could spend hours with on the phone and all of a sudden it's daylight," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Aguilera as saying.
"I'm not trying to jump into anything. I just left a five-year marriage, I'm taking it slow and trying to be happy," she added.
