New Delhi: A mid-week party with your best friends is the best pick-me-up till the weekend is here. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who only recently started filming Fanney Khan took out time to party with her husband Abhishek Bachchan and friends Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra, who is also designing Aishwarya's outfits in Fanney Khan. "At home with my absolute favourites Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Karan Johar," Manish captioned the picture he shared on Instagram. Aishwarya kept it simple in a denim dress while Abhishek wore sweatshirt and track-pants. Karan Johar was dressed to party.
Recently, Aishwarya's look from Fanney Khan leaked on social media and folks said that it resembled Aishwarya's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil look, also courtesy of Manish Malhotra. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was directed by Karan Johar. There was an accident on the film's set, in which an assistant director was injured. She was hospitalised immediately and was out of danger.
Fanney Khan, produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, is reportedly inspired from Dutch film Everybody's Famous. It is the story of an aspiring singer (played by Anil Kapoor) and his relationship with his daughter. Aishwarya plays a popular singer, whose destiny entwines with Anil Kapoor's character.
