Mumbai: Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who will be seen in the role of an advocate in director Sanjay Gupta's upcoming movie Jazbaa, believes that no film can fail to perform at the box office if planned properly.

"This is a very good time for filmmaking business. I think the business has found its security. As industry exhibition has increased and continues to grow, it gives the opportunity to make more prints and certain returns are assured to the investors," Aishwarya told IANS.

"So I think there shouldn't be any loss-making project in the film industry and if it is well planned, no film can flop," she added.

She also said that sometimes a film is perceived as a dud even though it did enough business.

"In the past we may think that a film is a hit, but later come to know from the producer's friends that it will take next two years to recover the money. So perception is an important aspect of the business," she said.

"Having said that, let me also say that this is a great time to make movies. Different subjects can be opted for, producers can plan the finances accordingly and that makes it a good time for us actors and filmmakers to do different stories," she added.
