Describing James Cameron's yet another masterpiece, Avatar: The Way Of Water, as “magnificent, amazing” and “the most important film for the future cinema” does a little justice to it. Oh, and, it wouldn't be wrong to call the film a whole experience in itself – an extraordinary work that leaves you awestruck with its visuals, and emotions and not to miss the message. That's why, Akshay Kumar and Varun Dhawan “want to bow down before” James Cameron's “genius craft.” The stars, who watched the film recently at a special screening in Mumbai, reviewed it on social media and they did not hold themselves back in praising the filmmaker and Avatar: The Way Of Water, a sequel to his 2009 blockbuster. “Watched Avatar: The Way Of Water last night and oh boy. Magnificent is the word. Am still spellbound. Want to bow down before your genius craft, James Cameron! Live on!” tweeted Akshay Kumar on Wednesday.
Well, Varun Dhawan decided to watch it again in IMAX 3D. He wrote, “Avatar: The Way Of Water is by far the most important film for the future of cinema. Was blown away by the visuals and the emotions. It's amazing when the biggest filmmaker in the world chooses his film to give an important message. I wanna see it again in IMAX 3D.”
The excitement that James Cameron's Avatar: The Way Of Water holds in India is at its peak. The film will release in six languages Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada on December 16. As per the latest tweet by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the total number of tickets sold in India till 10 AM on Thursday was 5,49,774.
Avatar: The Way of Waterfeatures Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana reprising their roles as Jake Sully and Neytiri, respectively. The story shows them as parents of five children. They are leading a calm and happy life until “sky people” interrupt their peace. Jake and his family take refuge in the Metkayina clan, where they now must learn the “way of water” to survive.
The film also stars Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, Giovanni Ribisi, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, Dileep Rao, and Matt Gerald.
