After a successful 2012, actor Akshay Kumar enters 2013 by shooting for the Hindi remake of Tamil action thriller Thuppakki.
"Started shooting my first film in the New Year, the Hindi remake of Thuppakki! Would love to get your good wishes today," Akshay tweeted on Thursday.
For the Hindi remake, Akshay once again teams up with Sonakshi Sinha with whom he worked in Joker and Rowdy Rathore.

The year 2012 was a splendid year for Akshay with as many as five hits - he had six outings and out of them Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore, Oh My God! and Khiladi 786. These films not only earned profit, but some even entered the Rs.100 crore club.
The only spoilsport was Joker.
