Bollywood's original Khiladi Akshay Kumar who turned 43 today has resolved to cut down on work and spend more time with his family.
Talking to reporters at the unveiling of his film Action Replayy's first look, the actor said that he now wants to enjoy the things he has worked so hard to achieve.
"I want to work less and give more time to my family, especially my son. Today, I will be taking my wife out for a date," said the actor.
The story of Action Replayy spans many decades and when asked about the period in history which he wished to be a part of, Akshay said he wanted to see his father-in-law Rajesh Khanna's super stardom in the 70's.
"Besides, I would also want to re-release my film Sangharsh which is close to my heart but did not do well," he added.
Action Replayy starring Aishwarya Rai opposite Akshay will release in November. The actress who is shooting for an advertisement campaign in Italy, was not present at the event.
Speaking about his experience of working with Aishwarya, the actor said, "Ash is a beautiful person and a thorough professional. We shared a great rapport since our Khakee days."
