Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt said that if given an opportunity, she would "love to be a dance teacher or an acting teacher".
At a media interaction for the 'Girl Rising: A Global Campaign For Girls' Education in India', Alia said: "I would love to be one. Like a dance teacher or acting teacher, but not a History or Geography teacher."(Also Read: The Lessons Alia Bhatt Learnt From Her Parents)
The event was held in order to officially announce the premiere of its film Girl Rising - Woh Padhegi Woh Udegi in India. The film is a collaboration between the government's 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao' campaign and the channel on which it will be aired. It will also be released online, in Hindi as well as English.
Actresses Nandita Das, Madhuri Dixit, Sushmita Sen, Parineeti Chopra and Kareena Kapoor as well as Alia have featured in the film. It has been produced by Priyanka Chopra and Freida Pinto, who are the brand ambassadors of the initiative and also star in it.
The film in English, directed by Academy Award nominee Richard E Robbins, had released in 2013. It depicted the stories of eight resilient girls from different countries who battled obstacles to achieve their dreams.
