Alice Cooper wasforced to cancel his first concert in 30 years after fallingsick.
The 63-year-old singer, who is currently on tour inSouth America, was due to perform in Santiago, Chile but hadto scrap the show at a short notice, reported Contactmusic. A representative apologised to fans, claiming Cooperwas "too ill to even leave the hotel".
But the rocker is hoping to recover in time for hisgig in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
A message posted on his blog read, "This is Alice'sassistant. I just spoke with Alice, and he said he feelsalmost 100 per cent better, though a little weak. It lookslike the doctors recommended medicine and some good rest didthe trick!
"No other shows have been cancelled, and the BuenosAires show tomorrow night is going on as scheduled. No need toworry about him, he is going to be fine! He thanks the fans inSantiago for understanding."
