London:
R&B singer Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz are selling their USD 17.9 million property in New York.
The No One singer and Beatz, who purchased the property on Crosby Street in SoHo in 2010 from Lenny Kravitz for USD 14.5 million, are hoping to make a significant profit with the sale, reported Daily Mail.
The 6,167 square-foot triplex features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a state of the art gourmet eat-in kitchen in addition to a formal dining room. It also features a floating glass stair case, a home theater and a wine cellar, according to the listing at Sotheby's auction house. However, the pair, who have 17-month-old son Egypt, may have difficulty selling the property as previous owner Kravitz had it on the market for eight years before they purchased it.
