Actress Amber Heard says that women are either treated as sex objects or they play an ugly best friend in movies.
"As a woman, I usually have two options - sex object or a best friend who isn't sexy. It's not creatively fulfilling to just be sexy. I did nothing to look the way I look. The genetic cards that anyone is dealt are not in their control, so to take pride in my looks would be a mistake," contactmusic.com quoted Heard as saying. The 28-year-old, who is dating actor Johnny Depp, was thrilled to find that Ruben Fleischer, who directed Zombieland(2009), didn't expect her to play a sultry zombie and that she was able to embrace a gory look in the movie.

"He said, 'No. Take it as far as you want.' I said, 'Get the vomit packs ready! I'm going to be ugly and gross," said Amber.
