Amitabh Bachchan says he was shocked to hear the news of Sachin Tendulkar's retirement

Sachin Tendulkar is retiring from cricket after the second Test match against the West Indies and Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan says the news came as a shock to him.
"I heard the news and I was shocked," Big B said.
Sachin decided to quit from all forms of international cricket after his 200th Test against the West Indies in November.
"Sachin is the heart of cricket. He is a phenomenal athlete. He has not just excelled himself in cricket, but he is also a symbol of great excellence. It's unimaginable to see him retire. Cricket will not be the same without Sachin," said Amitabh.
