Megastar Amitabh Bachchan expressed his admiration for actor Randeep Hooda after watching his performance in Omung Kumar's Sarbjit.
The 73-year-old Wazir actor sent a hand written note to Randeep and wished him luck for future.
"I had always admired your talent, but after watching you in Sarbjit last night I could not resist writing to you and expressing my immense admiration for your work in the film. May you continue to prosper and may you give us many more occasions to applaud you and your tremendous talent," the note read.
Randeep, 39, shared the picture of the note on Twitter:
Sarbjit is a biopic on Indian convict Sarabjit Singh, who was beaten to death in a Pakistani jail.
The film stars Randeep in the titular role, with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan playing his sister Dalbir Kaur and Richa Chadha as his wife.
Sarbjit is co-produced by Sandeep Singh, Bhushan Kumar and Vashu Bhagnani.
