Big B wants to open an institute where research of his father's poems can be done
Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan hopes to establish an institute dedicated to the work of his late father Harivansh Rai Bachchan, who was a poet.

The father penned several poems and even today is remembered for his works like Madhushala, Madhukalash, and Madhubala.

Amitabh Bachchan admitted that reading all his father's poems over and over again was not possible. But he wished to open an institute for his father.

"Jaya (Bachchan) and I have been thinking about it. We hope to open an institute where research of my father's poems can be done," the 70-year-old said here on Thursday.

He said apart from his father's poems, a thesis on Irish poet W B Yeats is also great and one can learn a lot from it.
