Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor and director Abhinay Deo, who are working on developing the Indian version of American TV series 24, are said to be on a hunt for 30 new faces for the show.
They are looking to launch fresh talent for the show. They have already started the auditions and are scouting for locations for the shooting, according to a source.
24 will go on floors by end of January 2013 or around early February, as soon as the cast is locked, and locations are finalised.24 is an American television series that started in 2001 and ran till 2010, with a total of 192 episodes.Anil featured in the eighth season of the show as Omar Hassan, president of the fictional Islamic Republic of Kamistan.
In the desi version, Anil will play the iconic character of Jack Bauer, essayed by Kiefer Sutherland in the original.
