Mumbai: Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor is all set to bring in his 58th birthday on December 24 with his family in Dubai. However, Anil's son Harshvardhan won't be joining the family as he is shooting for his debut film Mirziya, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, in Rajasthan.
"I'm really happy that I'll be spending time with my wife Sunita and my daughters Rhea and Sonam. We're flying to Dubai for my birthday and Christmas. But unfortunately, my son Harshvardhan can't join us. He is shooting for Rakeysh's Mirziya in the interiors of Rajasthan," he said.
The director reportedly allowed Harshvardhan to go for the celebrations, but, the young aspiring actor chose to forego the family vacation. And Anil isn't complaining.
"That's okay. There will be many other occasions for us to be together. Right now Harsh needs to concentrate on his career," said the actor, who has spent over three decades in the Hindi film industry.
