Hollywood actress AnnetteBening wants to reprise her role as a lesbian mother in asequel to the critically acclaimed comedy-drama The Kids areAlright.
The 52-year-old actress has been nominated for aGolden Globe for her role in the film and says that it was somuch fun playing Julianne Moore's lover in the film that shewants to play the character again, Entertainment Weeklyreported.
"I have played people who are mentally ill, orkillers, and they're interesting to explore, but with thischaracter, I felt really comfortable. I loved playing her,"said Bening.
"If someone said to me, 'There's another story, andthis same character is in (it),' I would be thrilled," sheadded.
With films like The Grifters, Bugsy and BeingJulia to her credit, The Kids Are All Right is Bening'smost critically acclaimed performance since American Beauty.
Though she has lost out on the coveted Academy awardto Hillary Swank twice, critics are of the opinion that she isthe frontrunner for the trophy with her latest performance.
