- “To be frank, I’m having a cameo but my portrayal of a Romanian gypsy named Masha is of considerable significance. After all, Anna Karenina is like the Russian equivalent of Mahabharata. There are many too many characters in it, each guiding the storyline.” Apparently, the actress bagged the role as “Joe knows her” and she just got a call from him. Talking about her character, Tannishtha is glad that she accepted the offer even though her screen time post-editing is quite minimal.

She composed a sweet lullaby for the film as the scene demanded it. It was a fabulously rich experience to share the platform with these inspirational achievers.”
