Anupam Kher marked his 36th wedding anniversary with an adorable post dedicated to wife Kirron Kher. "Happy 36th wedding anniversary dearest Kirron. It has been a long journey with all the possible emotions of laughter, tears, arguments, sharing, friendship, love and togetherness! But a journey worth it. These black and white pics have all the shades of colour in them," he wrote in a post, attaching a bunch of throwback memories, ranging from their wedding day to moments from film sets. In his note for Kirron Kher, who was diagnosed with cancer, Anupam Kher added: "Stay safe and healthy. Love and prayers always."
Sikander Kher, known for his signature sense of humor, also wished his parents with a cheeky post: "Happy anniversary to these two people. I think I've seen them somewhere... to many more."
Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher's anniversary arrived just months after her 69th birthday. In June, Kirron Kher's birthday began with this heartwarming wish from husband Anupam Kher: "May God give you long and healthy life. May the Almighty grant you all the happiness in the world!"
Earlier this year, Anupam Kher revealed Kirron Kher has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Last month, Mr Kher addressed rumours about Kirron Kher's health and shared this update: "She is doing absolutely fine. In fact she got her 2nd vaccination done for COVID this afternoon. I will request people not to spread such negative news. Thanks. Stay safe."
