Anupam Kher says the nomination is a high point for him

Actor Anupam Kher has been nominatedat the 19th Screen Actors Guild Awards this year in the bestensemble cast category alongwith his co-stars in SilverLinings Playbook.
The David O Russell-directed film has also picked upnominations for lead actor Bradley Cooper, actress JenniferLawrence and supporting actor Robert De Niro.
Silver Linings Playbook is up against Ben Affleck'sArgo, India-set film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel,musical drama Les Miserables and Lincoln in theOutstanding Performance By A Cast In A Motion Picturecategory.
"As an actor, it is most gratifying to be recognised byone's peers. Hence this nomination is a high point for me,professionally," Kher said in a statement.
The film has bagged four nominations at the 2013 GoldenGlobes and is being considered as a strong contender at theOscars.
