Arjun Kapoor in a still from Ki And Ka.
Mumbai:
Actor Arjun Kapoor said that he does not believe that his decision to play a homemaker in R Balki's Ki And Ka is an attempt to change his image.
Arjun, who has featured in films like Ishaqzaade and 2 States, will play the role of a house husband in Ki And Ka, co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan.
"Many people are calling it a gutsy move. I don't think it is just that. I never saw myself in the way Balki sir saw me. We were always told that you have to look macho and do action. But I have a soft side to me as well, which Balki sir saw. I am somebody, who was close to his mom. So this also appealed to me. I never saw it as an image breaking move," said Arjun.
Ki And Ka will release on April 1.(Also Read: What is the Definition of a True Man? Arjun Kapoor Will Tell You)
