Actor Arjun Rampal is not having a good 2014. First gossip blamed him for the much-discussed Hrithik Roshan-Sussanne Khan break-up, then he was reportedly dropped by his agents, and now it seems he's involved in a sticky legal situation on a separate front.
A nightclub run by the Bollywood actor in a five star Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) hotel in New Delhi has allegedly been slapped with a legal notice after Arjun reportedly failed to pay rent dues to the tune of about Rs 2 crores. The RA.One star was reportedly also sent reminders to pay the overdue rent.
While there has been no official response from Arjun, he did tweet this on January 25: "So I am Bankrupt now!!! According to media reports. So everyone cash out ur checks now. lmao. #ridiculous"
Arjun's nightclub opened in August 2009 with interiors designed by his wife, former model Mehr Jessia and Gauri Khan, wife of his good friend and cos-star of movies like Don and Om Shanti Om, superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
