Though Arjun Rampal is busy shooting for Heroine, he has already started preparing for his next project Chakravyuh in which he is slated to essay a cop. As part of his preparations for the flick, he is keen to train in parkour.
A physical discipline of French origin, parkour involves quick movements from one place to another. This is enabled by doing exercises to make the body agile.
Earlier the actor had hit the gym ferociously for RA.One as he desired a certain physique to match his villainous character in the movie. Now as he readies to play a cop, he feels parkour can come handy to take on the lawbreakers.
His spokesperson states, "He will start training in parkour soon." Several stars have indulged in parkour for their movies as well as for physical fitness. Arjun is the latest to join the bandwagon.
He is keen to apply his own bit to the screen persona by vaulting, rolling, climbing and jumping. For a while now, Arjun has also included Tabata, a high-intensity Japanese physical training, in his workout regime.
