The Ugly Betty star, who has nine month old son Francis with husband Terence Beesley refused to put herself on a strict diet to shed pounds quickly after birth and was happy to give in to her cravings, Contactmusic reported.

However the 40-year-old beauty admits that living in figure conscious LA, she needs to get back in shape as soon as possible.
    
"But I know I need to whip myself into shape or everyone will say, 'Look at Ashley's body'. I had people taking photos of me six weeks after I gave birth. I got out for the first time and somebody said I looked like Margaret Thatcher. But that's just part and parcel of the job - I try not to mind," Ashley said.
