Filmmaker Aditya Chopra seems to be in a celebratory mood. The reclusive filmmaker, who married actress Rani Mukerji in April, will host the season's first Bollywood Iftar party.
The first look trailer of his upcoming production Daawat-e-Ishq, featuring Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles, will also be unveiled at the event.
Daawat-e-Ishq, directed by Habib Faisal, is the love story of a Hyderabadi salesgirl and a cook from Lucknow. (Also Read: YRF confirms Spanish remake of one of their superhits)
The film will hit the screens on September 5.
And as far as Mr Chopra's party is concerned, mixing business with pleasure always makes sense to us.
