There's a distinctly desi vibe to New York Fashion Week, ongoing.
There was Sunny Leone, Reshma Qureshi and Amruta Fadnavis on the ramp and Jacqueline Fernandez in the front row - and Indian export to Hollywood Priyanka Chopra glamming up proceedings at the Thakoon show and Refinery29 event.
Priyanka, 34, is temporarily a New York native because that's where she's filming the second season of her hit network show Quantico, on which she plays FBI-turned-CIA agent Alex Parrish. The busy actress caught American-Thai designer Thakoon Panichgul's show at the Brooklyn Bridge on September 8.
She posted this picture of herself with the designer, whose clothes she often wears:
She got seriously pally with former Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova.
Priyanka also hung out with designer and actor Waris Ahluwalia.
She also met Orange Is The New Black Actress Taylor Schilling.
