Canadian pop star Avril Lavigneand her rocker boyfriend Chad Kroeger have opened up abouttheir royal goth-themed wedding that happened in Cannesearlier this week.
The pair got married at a chateau near Cannes insouthern France, with Lavigne wearing a black MoniqueLhuillier gown for the big day, reported The Mirror.
"I had goosebumps from head to toe and my eyes filledwith tears. It's a moment I will never forget as long as Ilive. My body was overtaken by emotion. I saw him and hewas so calm and happy. He had a tear coming down and he wipedit away. I felt so good walking to him. It made me feel like acomplete woman," she said.
Lavigne added, "I wanted it to be over the top. I'mobsessed with castles and I love French decor and goth. Ifound this castle and it was perfect. I also wanted to makesure it was a crazy vacation and an experience of a lifetimefor our guests."
Lavigne was previously married to porky Sum 41 frontmanDeryck Whibley for three years.
