SS Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali, which has turned out to be the biggest grossing Indian film ever, will be screened in the upcoming 20th edition of Busan International Film Festival (BIFF). (Also Read: Baahubali, 50 Not Out, Won't Block Screens For 'False Records')
BIFF will be take place between October 1 and October 10.
The film's director SS Rajamouli announced the news on Twitter:
An international version of the film, which is 23 minutes shorter than the Indian theatrical version and edited by Vincent Tabaillon of Incredible Hulk fame, will be screened at the festival.
The film, which is about the rivalry of two brothers for an ancient kingdom, will be screened in the Open Cinema section, which will also feature Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
Starring Rana Daggubati, Prabhas, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty, Baahubali is jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni.
