#BabyB is trending on Twitter in India within minutes of the tweet announcement by Abhishek Bachchan of her birth this morning.
It's a deja vu to June 21 when Aishwarya's father-in-law, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, broke this year's biggest Bollywood story on Twitter.
On June 21 (Tuesday night) @SrBachchan tweeted: ""NEWS NEWS NEWS !! I AM GOING TO BECOME A GRANDFATHER .. AISHWARYA EXPECTING .. SO HAPPY AND THRILLED !!!,".

Those 104 characters in all caps confirmed the news India waited for ever since the Abhishek-Aishwarya wedding in 2007. Hardly surprising, but awe-inspiring nonetheless that in half an hour Mr Bachchan's Twitter page received 2,843 congratulatory messages.

This time Aishwarya's husband, Abhishek tweeted first. "IT'S A GIRL!!!!!! :-)))))," followed in seconds by a tweet from an ecstatic Mr Bachchan. "I AM DADA to the cutest baby girl !! Dadaji...ecstatic!!!!"
The father-son duo's tweets set off an avalanche of congratulatory tweets from fans and industry colleagues and #BabyB settled on top of the India trends list.
