After celebrating their 20thanniversary recently, pop band Backstreet Boys has beenhonoured with the 2,485th star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The famous boy band made its debut on April 20, 1993 andits producer Max Martin, families and fans went to theceremony to support the members, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean,Howie Dorough, Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson, reportedAceshowbiz.
"I love you guys. And aside from my wedding day and thebirth of my daughter, this is hands-down the best day of mylife." said McLean.
The teary-eyed Carter added, "I never ever imagined in amillion years that we would be a part of this."
Littrell jokingly said, "I worked my entire life to neverbe walked on, but I'm OK with this one."
"I will one day be able to bring my family here. My kidswill be able to bring their kids here and still be able to seethe legacy that the Backstreet Boys have carried on for manyyears." Richardson concluded.
Backstreet Boys officially got together again with all ofthe members last year. After celebrating their anniversary ina concert with fans, the band will release an album thissummer and start a tour in May. They are also planning torelease a music documentary in 2014.
