Bigg Boss 18, hosted by Salman Khan, premiered on October 6. The reality show has so far been offering viewers a daily dose of drama. In one of the latest episodes, contestants Shehzada Dhami and Shrutika Arjun discussed the changing relationship dynamics inside the house. The conversation took a sharp turn when Shehzada called actress Shilpa Shirodkar a “kamini” and “bahut zyada toxic”, as reported by ETimes. Shehzada Dhami asked Shrutika Arjun whether she was also feeling that the Bigg Boss premises were getting toxic day by day, “Tujhe bhi toxic lag raha hai bahut idhar? (you are also feeling toxic here right?)” to which Shrutika agreed, claiming that the people who once felt like friends have now turned into foes. Echoing a similar sentiment, Shehzada says, “Jo log dushman lagte the woh nahi lag rahe hai. Jo log apne the woh dushman lag rahe hai (The people who felt like enemies do not seem to be now. The people who were close are now feeling like enemies.)”
Previously, Shehzada Dhami got into an ugly fight with participant Chum Darang. In a promo video dropped on Instagram by Bigg Boss 18 makers, Shehzada Dhami was seen complaining about the spice levels in a food item. “Mirchi lag rahi hai (It's spicy),” he says. Chum Darang asks, “Yeh chutney? (This chutney?)” to which Shehzada replies, “Tumhare udhar ki hai na (It's from where you're from).” His comments felt like a dig to Chum Darang who questioned Shehzada on what he meant by that statement. “Tumhare udhar ka matlab? (What do you mean by that?)” asks an irked Chum Darang before firmly adding, “ “I am Indian, and I am offended.”
The quarrel between Shehzada Dhami and Chum Darang did not end here. Shehzada Dhami slammed Chum Darang for allegedly hurling abuses at him. In a menacing tone he says, “Gali kuyn dae rahi hai? (Why are you insulting?)”. Chum Darang defends herself by saying, “No, I didn't”.
On the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode on Bigg Boss 18, actress Nyrraa Banerji was eliminated from the show. Find all about it here.
