Bakra Eid 2018: Wishes And Memories From Aamir Khan, Divyanka Tripathi And Others

Eid Mubarak! The festive fervour of Bakrid or Bakri Eid this year has not escaped social media with celebrities wishing their fans and followers and throwing back to fond memories of Eid. Stars like Aamir Khan, Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Arjun Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Kiara Advani, Urmila Matondkar and Dharmendra tweeted "Eid Mubarak" while those such as veteran actress Nafisa Ali and TV star Divyanka Tripathi relived old times. "Wishing everyone a very happy Eid. Eid Mubarak," tweeted Aamir Khan on Wednesday while Anil Kapoor tweeted: "Sending warm heartfelt wishes to all of you on the joyous occasion of Eid! Have a happy feast!"

But what's really got our attention is the throwback memories shared on Instagram. Divyanka dug out a photo from when she visited Ajmer Sharif Dargah in October 2016 with husband Vivek Dahiya. That was Divyanka and Vivek's first Eid celebrations together as a married couple - they married in Divyanka's hometown Bhopal in July that year. "Eid Mubaraq doston," Divyanka wrote as she shared this priceless memory.

Meanwhile, actress Nafisa Ali remembered her father as she shared a photo from Mecca and wrote: "Missing my dad... Eid was special when he was with us... Haj was a very special journey I made with him."
