Ellen’s celeb-studded selfie beat the Obamas’ photo to become the most retweeted picture
Los Angeles:
President Barack Obama teased Ellen DeGeneres for using "a bunch of celebrities" to break his record for most retweets in an appearance on the comedienne's chat show.
Ellen's selfie, taken from the audience during her Oscar hostig gig, broke the President's election night record for most retweeted tweet in history.
"I heard about that. I thought it was a pretty cheap stunt myself. Getting a bunch of celebrities in the background," Obama said during an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing today, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The President also talked of his fondness for Netflix's House of Cards but said the real Washington was much less dramatic and that his typical day "wouldn't make very good television."
