Baywatch Update: Here's the First Look of Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron

Los Angeles: Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock shared his first look from the sets of Baywatch on Instagram on February 23.

The 43-year-old wrestler-turned-actor was joined by fellow co-star Zac Efron in the picture.

The duo feature in matching red-and-blue swim gear. The Rock looked handsome in a jacket paired with matching trunks. He completed his look with yellow reflector sunglasses. Meanwhile, Zac wore a short-sleeved blue swim suit.
