New Delhi: Bengali model-actress Nilaanjana Bhattacharya is all set to jazz up Telugu film Duniya with her sensuous moves in a sizzling item number inspired by Bollywood chartbuster Munni badnaam hui, which featured Malaika Arora Khan.
Nilaanjana is expected to be seen in a steamy avatar in the song, which has been shot in the setting of a dhaba - just the way Munni badnaam hui was shot in a rural setting.
"This is my first item number and I am very excited about it. Like Munni badnam hui, it's a fantastic song, very naughty and rustic," Nilaanjana said in a press statement.
In fact, even Nilaanjana's look in the song is quite similar to Malaika's look in Munni... - she too has worn a lehenga with a short choli, which has multiple beaded strings attached to it.
Duniya was originally made in Kannada and was a hit. Now the Telugu version is being helmed by debutant director L.K. Rao.
