Ranbir reportedly plays an orphan in Besharam

The first trailer of director Abhinav Kashyap's next offering Besharam, about an orphan essayed by Ranbir Kapoor, was shown to destitute children. They are said to have extremely enjoyed it.
The movie's team decided to show the trailer to the children after it was officially launched July 30. Ranbir Kapoor plays an orphan in the film and so the team wanted to do something special for a group of destitute children, a statement said.
The trailer is a fun insight into the movie, and shows Ranbir living up to the film's title with his crazy antics. Besharam also features Ranbir's real life parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh.
It will hit the theatres on October 2.
