London:
R&B star Beyonce has stunned the staff at her record label by handing over a whopping 72 new tracks to them.
The staff at Columbia Records in New York is now left with the headache of sifting through the mountain of finished material to decide the make up of her next album, which is expected to hit the markets during summers, reported Sun online.
"Label staff leave Beyonce to get on with things, they tend not to interfere when she's making an album.
"But they weren't prepared for the sheer volume of material she presented to them. She's clearly been very productive. Now they have the hard job of going through all the music and deciding what will make it," said a source.
The 'Crazy in Love' hitmaker is reportedly collaborating with R&B star Ne-Yo, Diplo, Switch, Sean Garrett and Sleigh Bells' Derek Miller on her new album.
Hinting that some of the tracks have an Afrobeat flavour, Beyonce said, "I started off being inspired by FELA KUTI."
