New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has remembered Satyadev Dubey as a "huge theatre icon", expressinghis condolences over the maverick artiste's sudden demise.
The 69-year-old actor also recounted the small scene from his 1975 hit film Deewar where Dubey was his co-star.
"Sudden news of the passing away of Satyadev Dubey... a huge theatre icon... committed and passionate about his craft... Condolences!!
"Satyadev Dubey... played a small but significant role in Deewar with me... the dock scene where he refuses to pay hafta," Big B wrote on Twitter.
Dubey, a veteran screenplay writer, director and actor, died Sunday at the age of 75 after remaining in coma for the past four months.
