Mumbai:
Actor Puneet Vashist, who was recently evicted from Bigg Boss 9, said that Salman Khan is a biased host.
Puneet, who featured in Shah Rukh Khan's Josh, said that Salman is bewitched by his co-contestant, Mandana Karimi.
"It totally comes across that way (biased towards some contestants). Salman is not seeing her (Mandana) double standards. He is just seeing her beauty. He is not seeing what she does and what she is. Somehow, whatever she is doing is not shown. She is a pretty little doll, who comes in front of the camera and cries," Puneet told IANS in a telephonic interview.(Also Read: Bigg Boss 9: Puneet Vashist Calls Mandana 'Two-Faced.' But no Regrets)
Puneet, who entered the Bigg Boss house as a wild card entrant, could only manage to stay on the show for a week.
In the last few episodes, Salman was seen grilling contestants like Kishwer Merchant, Suyyash Rai and Prince Narula because of their harsh attitude towards Mandana. Salman also reprimanded Puneet as he said that Mandana is a 'foreigner.'
Puneet, who has also featured in television serials like Shastri Sisters and Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, said that he is thankful to the show.
"There was a little bit of ego in me because I taught Shah Rukh and Salman how to dance. I hated that thing about me. Now I don't have that ego in me," he said.
Regarding his experience in the Bigg Boss house, Puneet said: "I have come out as a totally rejuvenated person. It was definitely not my place because I am not a political person. I realised several things that you take for granted. I have come out as a winner."
