The Bigg Boss OTT house is no stranger to rising tempers, tears and tension. The latest episode of the show has its fair share of emotional breakdowns thanks to a task. It all started when choreographer Terence Lewis entered the house as a guest and conveyed a task where the contestants had to guess which of their fellow teammates made certain “mean comments” about them during the course of the show. One such comment – originally in Hindi – was, “Jad [Hadid] says that Jiya is like his daughter but his actions show otherwise. Their bond is more like lovers and less like a father and daughter." On hearing this, Jiya guessed that the comment was made by Bebika Dhurve but was told that she was wrong. Her second guess was Avinash Sachdev, which was also wrong.

Finally, a clip featuring Abhishek Malhan and Manisha Rani making the comments was shown to the audience. The housemates, however, were not shown the clip.

A visibly distraught Jiya Shankar shared that she was “disgusted” by the comments. She said, “I can't believe anyone can say such a thing about me and Jad…this is very disgusting. II am being cheated by my own people. I no longer know who my friends are in the house."

Jad Hadid, on the other hand, threatened violence against the people who made the comments after the meaning was explained to him by Avinash Sachdev and Jiya Shankar. “The person who made this comment literally said that I would harass my daughter which is disgusting. I want to beat the s*** out of the person who made it.”

Meanwhile, Avinash Sachdev and Jiya Shankar got into an argument after Avinash expressed how hurt he was that she took his name. Avinash said that he does not wish to be friends with Jiya when she clearly does not trust him. “This is exactly what you do. You have a habit of ruining your own relationships and walking out of them. You don't have the guts to face things. So, you run on the first sign of trouble. But I'm not one to leave my people. You are,” Jiya said, in response to him.

Meanwhile, Abhishek Malhan and Manisha Rani have denied making the comments. You can watch the show 24*7 on Jio Cinema.
