Bobby Brown has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI).
The 43-year-old singer was pulled over at 1am on Wednesday (24.10.12) when police observed him driving erratically on a Los Angeles street and the Los Angeles City Attorney filed the charges against him on Thursday (25.10.12).According to gossip website TMZ, he has also been charged with two other crimes, "driving on a restricted licence and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device", both of which stem from a prior DUI conviction this year.Bobby could face up to two years in jail and may also have violated his probation from his earlier conviction which took place in March when he was failed a sobriety test and as part of his release deal, agreed to enter rehab.
