An unidentified person reportedly threatened to shoot down Boney Kapoor.

Bollywood producer Boney Kapoorhas received death threats over the phone from an unidentifiedperson, suspected to be linked to underworld don Ravi Pujari'sgang, the police said here on Thursday (September 5, 2013).
Explaining the gist of the threatening phone calls, apolice officer at Oshiwara police station said, "The callerhad given death threats saying that because of the filmproducer, his two men had been arrested and the caller wantedto take revenge now."
The caller allegedly threatened to shoot down thehusband of veteran actress Sridevi, the police said.
"Boney Kapoor received threatening calls and messagesduring the last two days or so, but no specific demand wasmade," a source close the movie producer said.
In February last year, Boney Kapoor's bungalow locatedat Magnum Society compound in suburban Andheri was burgled ofcash and jewellery worth Rs 6 lakh, in connection with whichtwo accused had been arrested.
