The murder of senior crime reporterJ Dey in broad day light today has sent shock waves inthe Bollywood, with several B-town personalities expressinggrief.
Dey, who extensively covered underworld and crime forEnglish tabloid Mid-day, was shot dead today afternoon byfour unidentified men in suburban Powai.
"My condolences to the family of the slain journalistMr.J Dey.. Sometimes courage is never appreciated.. Sad,"actor Aftab Shivdasani said on twitter.
Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar said, "I'm stunned andbenumbed by the sad demise of J Dey a courageous crimejournalist...R.I.P."
"I remember J Dey as a cheery chap who covered a dirtybeat. Gentle giant, we called him at the Express. Always had ajuicy scoop to share!," Film critic Rajeev Masand tweeted.
