London:
After confessing to an affair with Tiger Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel, Bones star David Boreanaz has been hit by another sex scandal. An aspiring actress has taken the married star to court for sexual harassment.
Kristina Hagan claims the sexual harassment started in August 2009 when she worked as an extra on the hit TV show.
In her lawsuit Hagan alleges that the TV star pleasured himself in front of her, tried to kiss and fondle her and sent her "sexually inappropriate" text messages, reported Daily Mail online.
The suit claims Boreanaz told Hagan that he could "make things happen for her." She claims he repeatedly promised to find her an acting role but never delivered.
Hagan is suing Boreanaz, TV network Fox and the Bones production companies, claiming they failed to take action against the star.
She is being represented by Los Angeles celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, who said her client is "looking forward to her day in court."
Boreanaz's publicist Holly Shakoor retaliated by saying that the lawsuit was not valid.
"The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd," said the spokesperson.
Boreanaz has already admitted to being unfaithful to his wife of nine years Jaime Bergman.
Boreanaz and former Playboy Playmate Bergman, 34, have a son Jaden, eight, and daughter Bardot, 10 months.
He was previously married to social worker Ingrid Quinn for two years before divorcing in 1999.
