Los Angeles:
Amber Heard's fans are calling to boycott her estranged husband Johnny Depp's new movie, Alice Through the Looking Glass, amid alleged claims of domestic violence.
The 30-year-old actress, who has been granted a restraining order from Mr Depp after filing for divorce, has received a lot of support on Twitter after being photographed with a bruised eye, reports mirror.co.uk .
One Twitter user wrote: "I hope Johnny's career ends. Boycott Alice Through the Looking Glass".
"Boycott Alice Through the Looking Glass and every other Johnny Depp movie. We stand with Amber," wrote another user while a third added: "I think, in light of recent events, we should all boycott the new Alice in Wonderland film".
However, not everyone agreed with plans to boycott the movie.
"Why are they trying to boycott Alice Through the Looking Glass? You realise there are hundreds of people this would affect, not just Johnny?" wrote a user.
Another tweeted: "Don't get me wrong, I'm disappointed in Johnny Depp. However, you shouldn't boycott Alice Through the Looking Glass because others worked hard on the film".
