The 38-year-old actor had a failed marriage with actressJennifer Esposito which lasted for a few months, reportedDaily Mirror.
"I consider myself to be a romantic. I love the company ofa great woman. I think a relationship works best when bothpartners have a certain ease in the way they relate to eachother and there's a level of harmony that goes beyond justphysical attraction.
"There's nothing better when you're able to share thatkind of closeness," Cooper said.
The actor is reportedly "smitten" with British model SukiWaterhouse, who is almost half his age.

Post his failed relationship with Esposito, Cooper istrying to reflect on the issues that became a barrier in theirmarriage.
"I'm trying to be more reflective because I have atendency to lose perspective. But that's probably a goodthing. Romance is an art form and we probably shouldn't try tomanipulate our affections.
"I've learnt a lot by watching movies and how they presentthe idea of romance and trying to take the best things abouthow a couple can enjoy being together," he added.
