Hollywood couple Brad Pitt andAngelina Jolie have donated $2 million to a wildlifesanctuary in Namibia where they had spent Christmas with theirsix children.
The donation to the Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary wasmade in the name of their eldest biological child, daughterShiloh, who was born in the African country in 2006.
They returned this Christmas with Shiloh and her fivesiblings to the sanctuary, which looks after orphaned andinjured animals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs andbaboons.
The sanctuary, run by Dr Rudie van Vuuren and wifeMarlice, were given the money through the couple's Jolie-PittFoundation, reported Daily Mirror online.
"We have known Rudie and Marlice for many years andcontinue to be impressed by their hard work and dedication tothe people and conservation of the land and wildlife ofNamibia," said 35-year-old Jolie in a press statement.
During their holiday, the couple's children helped thestaff at the lodge to feed and care for baby baboons, foxesand saw a leopard released into the wild.
