Bipasha Basu says her new offering is for all those who hate gym
Mumbai:
Bipasha Basu has zeroed in on the name of her second fitness DVD -- it is called Break Free. The actress, who aims to grow in the business of fitness under her brand BB Love Yourself, says her new offering is for all those who hate gym.
"I have named the second DVD Break Free. It will come out around two weeks after the release of Raaz 3," Bipasha told IANS here.
The promotions of Raaz 3, releasing on Friday, are keeping the 33-year-old busy for now. But she is also looking forward to make her new DVD available to her fans at the earliest.
Her first DVD, released in 2010, was called BB Love Yourself: Fit and Fabulous You. It was a 60-day routine for weight-loss.
What's the new one about?
"This one is definitely for all those who hate gym, and that's the case with the masses in India. Everybody pays so much money and joins the gym and in the end, nobody goes. So I'd just say - buy this Rs.200 DVD and it will help you way more," said the fit actress.
If there's any side business other than acting that she is interested in, it is "health and fitness".
"I am doing it side by side and I am building on it. Under my brand BB Love Yourself, we had done a sporting clothing with Reebok. It is quite popular... we don't advertise it, but we sell a lot.
"Then we do DVDs. The idea is to grow bigger. I am also the face of Delhi Marathon and now supporting NDTV's Marks for Sports initiative too. So everything in the world of sports, health and fitness, I am definitely going to grow in that business," said the model-turned-actress.
