Singer Britney Spears is reportedly not allowed to read about her current court hearing.
Spears, 30, suffered a drug meltdown in 2007 and now her father Jamie Spears and fiance Jason Trawick fear she will suffer again if she goes through the bad and stressful news.
"Britney has been banned from reading about the trial for her own good. They are trying to protect her from all this," thesun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
The spears are being sued by Briteny's former manager Sam Lufti sues the singer's family, claiming he was wrongly blamed for her falling apart in a book by her mum Lynne.
"It will be terrible for her recovery if she reads about her worst days all over again," said the source.
