Buddha - The King Of Kings will impress youth the most, says producer
The serial will be showcased in the same slot as Satyamev Jayate
Mumbai: Television show Buddha - The King Of Kings, based on the life of Gautam Buddha, will be liked by youngsters the most as it has contemporary elements, says its producer BK Modi.

"This show is according to today's time and it will find a place among the youth as it endorses their actions that 'Do what you want to'," Modi said.

"In today's time, the youth wants to live their life according to their beliefs and as the show progresses, the youngsters will like it the most," he added.

Buddha - The King Of Kings will be aired every Sunday at 11 am, the same time slot occupied by recently concluded Ramayan.

Modi says too many shows on epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata have very little left to excite the audiences. But the attempt with Buddha - The King Of Kings is to tell the untold.

"'Ramayana' and 'Mahabharata' have been made so many times. So there is no uniqueness left, the message and suspense is already known to the people. Our title itself says Ansuni Kahaani," he said.

Directed by Dharmesh, Buddha - The King Of Kings stars Nigaar Z Khan, Sameer Dharmadhikari and marks the comeback of actor Kabir Bedi.
