Caitlyn Jenner has reportedly filed legal documents of an official sex and name change. Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce, filed the legal documents in Los Angeles on September 15, reported TMZ

In an episode of I Am Cait, friends of the reality star celebrated the former Olympian with an official name change fete at her Malibu home. Jenner revealed her new identity on the cover of Vanity Fair's July 2015 issue.
